Do you have rental clubs?
Thank you for your interest! While we typically do not provide golf clubs, we understand that you may need gear during your travels. If you require rental clubs, please reach out to felix@thegolfsweet.com in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you provide food/drink?
We don't provide any food/drink.
You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy during your visit. Please note that alcohol is not permitted in this facility. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to having you!
I didn't receive a confirmation email/access key. What do I do?

Also, door access info (from Kisi) will be sent within 50 minutes prior to your tee time.
How do I cancel/changemy booking?
Cancellation and modification requests can be made up to 24 hours before the start of booking. After this period, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. Please note that there are no refunds for no-sh. To submit a cancellation or modification request, kindly email us at felix@thegolfsweet.com.
Do you have balls and tees?
Our each golf bay is equipped with balls and tee cones for the driver. Additionally, check underneath the screen for any tees or balls that may have rolled behind, as they can sometimes get stuck there. Thank you for your attention to this detail!
How many days in advance can I book?
You can book up to 5 days in advance.
